Had my wife's 3 out of town friends in town and main AC froze up. Called Swaby on Saturday night and received a call back at 7 am Sunday to say they were on their way. Patrick stayed until 1:30 defrosting the coil in order to determine the problem. Recharged the unit and checking on parts availability to do a final fix. He couldn't have been nicer! Very professional! You won't be sorry if you use them!

Extremely reliable, on time company I just had service my ac. Thank goodness for Patrick Swaby. I thought maybe my compressor was broken, turns out I need some gas and he even found mold in the handler I wasn't aware of. Last guy that was here didn't even point that out. He was very kind, punctual and informative. I also really like the fact that they're a local family owned business. That menas something I've also contracted them to come out twice a year for routine maintenance. One less headache I need to worry about.

I called Swaby's Heating & Air to inspect my indoor unit before selling our home; the crew set up an appointment the next day! They examined the indoor unit and the outdoor as well. They gave me a very detailed report on the units and recommendations on maintenance.They were not pushy to sell me any services and even told me how to maintain the system myself. We ended up having them clean out the inside unit and purchased a maintenance package for our next home. So happy we went with Swaby's; they are kind, professional, and knowledgeable!!
