Had my wife's 3 out of town friends in town and main AC froze up. Called Swaby on Saturday night and received a call back at 7 am Sunday to say they were on their way. Patrick stayed until 1:30 defrosting the coil in order to determine the problem. Recharged the unit and checking on parts availability to do a final fix. He couldn't have been nicer! Very professional! You won't be sorry if you use them!

Extremely reliable, on time company I just had service my ac. Thank goodness for Patrick Swaby. I thought maybe my compressor was broken, turns out I need some gas and he even found mold in the handler I wasn't aware of. Last guy that
was here didn't even point that out. He was very kind, punctual and informative. I also really like the fact that they're a local family owned business. That menas something I've also contracted them to come out twice a year for routine
maintenance. One less headache I need to worry about.
